The difficult decision to close The Shop permanently was made in April, 2022. After running and teaching out of The Shop for its 9+ years, all of that experience will be translated into Michelle’s new studio space, Mima Ceramics Studio and Showroom.

The Shop is Toronto’s first makerspace with a focus on ceramics and crafts.   Choose from day passes, month memberships or private lessons to gain access to a complete ceramic studio.  In addition to providing the space and equipment to work, we offer a wide variety of workshops in ceramics and crafts taught by local design professionals.  

The Shop was co-founded by Michelle  in 2014 and is where all of her work is produced.
