All handmade?
Each piece is individually handmade my Michelle at her Toronto studio. With handmade items, there may be slight variations in colour, dimensions and texture from item to item.
Care?
To extend the life of each piece, hand washing is recommended, however, they are all dishwasher safe. The lighter clays are safe for the microwave, but I would refrain from using any of the darker clays in one. The glazes and clay used are all food safe, and each piece, when noted, is suitable for holding food and liquids.
Shipping?
Shipping costs will be calculated based on delivery location and will at checkout. We want your products to arrive safe and sound, so we choose the most reliable method that we have available. Taxes and duties will vary depending on country. All orders will be mailed out within 10 days. Please double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as I will not be responsible for orders mailed out to incorrect addresses. If you live in Toronto and want to pick up your work and skip the delivery fee, let me know - this is highly encouraged!
Exchanges and Returns?
There are no exchanges or refunds at this time. I do my best to ensure each product is presented appropriately and created with a high level of quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your product or if it has incurred damage in shipping, please contact me and I'll respond within 24 hours. Please be sure to contact me within 72 hours of receiving your product.
